I know that, Bill. (I've taught I/O.) But I think it says something about
how far we *haven't* come that people, especially business executives and HR
departments, still think the MMPI is a valid tool to determine hiring and
appropriate placing of employees. Frankly, I think some of the methods

I was channel surfing and came across a short film on the Turner
Classic Movie (TCM) channel. I came in on a scene where a
dog was being given a visual discrimination task which made me
wonder what the hell kind of film was this. I checked on the TCM
website and found that it was a 1941 Oscar win
