I was in my late 40s. I think genetics might have something to do with it, but also consider the amount of time spent outdoors (sunlight = the ultimate slow cooker), and medications. My very favoritest holiday of the year! I really dislike darkness--something that has gotten worse as I've aged and my eyesight isn't what it used to be. Festivus signals the stop of increasing darkness times and the beginning of increasing lightness time. Ah! What could be better? :) Teaching
