Several times since becoming ill, I have ended up being so constipated, that it involved an extremely unpleasant *removal* process. Not fun. Now I try to be a lot more careful with what I eat, drink etc. Been there, done that, don't wanna do it again! Grace

Gary, I have never been on Valium for spasms. My doctor put me on Neurotin, but the dose that I needed to control the spasms was so high, I wasn't able to function in therapy. The doctor took me off the Neurotin and put me on Baclofen. I eventually got a baclofen pump, and that has been
