Several times since becoming ill, I have ended up being so constipated,
that it involved an extremely unpleasant *removal* process. Not fun. Now I
try to be a lot more careful with what I eat, drink etc. Been there, done
that, don't wanna do it again!

Valium (Diazepam) taken would eventually stops the spasms so Ican go to
sleep or at least sit comfortably.Now it seems as if I need to take one
more often than I have been.

I have never been on Valium for spasms. My doctor put me on Neurotin, but
the dose that I needed to control the spasms was so high, I wasn't able to
function in therapy. The doctor took me off the Neurotin and put me on
