JaniceIt's incredible what a difference a really good therapist can do for you! My new therapist has definitely made a difference in my walking and my attitude. I had pretty much given up after 7yrs. of any real improvement. The big BUT is you have to do your exercises faithfully every day. I

Barbara, I find the same thing. I was especially happy one day when I realized that I could close my eyes in the shower when washing my hair. It doesn't 'always' work as I do find myself closing my eyes but tend to keep the tip of my elbow against the wall of the shower.the balance thing
