that you have managed to make it back from depression without any help from
anti-depressants or a psychologist, but there is no shame in using either or
both.? Many of us have found the help and comfort
I have been taking Boniva for over 7 years. I tried the daily and weekly
supplements but that caused constant diarrhea
Part of my problems is that 33 years ago, I had to have my colon removed
(ileostomy) and a foot of my small intestine along with the rectum (I was given
a 90% of cancer

From reading your email I do not believe that you are addicted to your
pain
meds. There is a big difference between being addicted (getting a
high)...and being physically dependent on pain meds (body needs them for pain
relief).
I am a perfect example. I've been on pain meds
NAOMI YOUR NOT ADDICTED. I ASKED MY DOCTOR ABOUT THIS. I DO NOT TAKE AS
MUCH MEDS AS YOU DO, BUT I KNOW FROM HAVING TM FOR ALMOST 18 YEARS YOUR NOT. I
TRIED A EXPERIMENT, I STOPPED THE VALIUM, THE HYDROCODENE, THE SOMA AND
THE NEURINTIN, THATS ALL I TAKE FOR TM, I WAS ON IMURAN AND BONIVA.
