spread sheet for ALL my medications ALL my vitamins Todd, That is a great idea. My assistant keeps a notebook record of my meds A spreadsheet is so much better, so before an appointment just print out a copy or copies. Very Cool. I often will do a HPI (History of Present Illness)

Hi Jill,   I took it years ago for depression and OMG, it was awful! The best way I can describe it is that I felt stoned.  It was called Elavil then.  In those days, they gave it to people in nursing homes to keep them quiet.  But everyone reacts differently, so try it and let us know what

I take a very small dose of Amytriptiline for my bladder. It's way overactive, so I take 4 mg. Detrol LA at night, and 25 mg of the other in the morning... They are planning on doing botox on my bladder to calm it down. Laura You can easily judge the character of a man by how he treats

Hi Gang ! , Has anyone been keeping count of the number of different spelling of that drug, you now the one in the subject line?? I count at least half a dozen. I hate it when you can't even know the spelling of one of your meds. You need to be spending more time reading your medicine

I was on Amitriptyline for one week when I was being medicated. I was switched to Nortriptyline and still take 50 mg in the morning and 100 mg at bed. I take Phenobarbital 15 mg in AM and 45 mg at bed instead of Neurontin, and Dextromethorphan twice a day, SATIVEX twice a day, and VIT D.
