Hi Mike in Marysville. I am wondering why you go off the baclofen? I suffer from cramps, really bad ones in my calfs and on my right side. the neuro increased my baclofen and neurontin, so that I'm taking another dose of each at night before bed. I don't take the baclofen at lunch, it makes me too

New fashioned Quinine water may not have enough quinine. Adding Gin will help
temporarily, but then you'll wake up at 2 am with bad foot cramps. Quinine is
