When you say "the logs are not written," do you mean the file jvm.stderr in the logs subdirectory for Tomcat? On version 3.3.1, there is an issue with jk_nt_service in that it does not properly interpret the wrapper.properties file supplied in the distribution. Specifically, the wrapper.jvm.opti
