I've set my classpath, no spaces:
C:\>set CLASSPATH=C:\jdk1.3\src.jar;C:\jdk1.3\lib\tools.jar;.
in a separate window, I once again get:
C:\tomcat4\bin>catalina.bat run
Using CATALINA_BASE: C:\tomcat4
Using CATALINA_HOME: C:\tomcat4
Using CLASSPATH: C:\tomcat4\bin\bootstrap.jar;C:\jdk1.3
