The now playing button on the remote toggles between aviable modes or
tapping the screen does the same one mode is text only.
If you fallow abutis advice and deselect the ones with image and have
text as default it's even better.

SBS doesn't resolve the address itself. It relies on your internet
connection's link to a domain name service. Have you done the router
reboot and/or network reboot that toby suggested?

Yes, confirming that the latest update resulted in the loss of my MP3
artwork. My FLAC files' artwork was left intact. Updated to the 7.6
beta, but gave up on that as my up-till now faithful Squeezebox
(attached to external USB drive) started crashing. Heading back to
7.51.

I tried running the ALAC file from USB drive and still doesn't work.
FLAC file is fine from USB. I guess that eliminates the NAS drive and
wireless connection.
Just for kicks, I also tried converting FLAC>ALAC via dbPoweramp and
also FLAC>WAV>ALAC and neither of those options worked.

I checked the logs on the sbs, and it looks like it itself is having
trouble resolving the address, but the site itself is completely
loadable from the server. What is stopping the server from getting the
ip address?

I really have no need for album artwork to be displayed (when it works)
and would rather have the whole screen available to display song title,
artist, etc. I couldn't find an option either on the Touch or the Server
to disable artwork. Can this be done?

May not be your issue, but in the past when I used a NAS (ReadyNas

Thanks for confirming it should work.
I'm using the full version loaded on my NAS server Synology DS 207+.
The only difference between the 16/44 and 24/96 files is that the 16/44
were ripped directly from CD to iTunes whereas the 24/96 came from
HDTracks as FLAC and then converted to ALAC using

Hi
I use the clock function, when my squeezebox is turned off/standby, the
clock is displayed on the screen. Sometimes, approximately 1-2 times
during a month this function does not work, even though this function
still is enabled in the setup. A restore to factory default is the way
out of this

Did you try the router reboot? Wouldn't hurt to completely reboot your
entire network.
Unplug router, turn off PC, unplug Touch. Now bring them back up in
that same order waiting for each device to fully boot up before
proceeding to the next (SBS running before plugging Touch back in).
