Just go a Squeezebox Touch, and wanting this too. I've now achieved this
by hacking the code a bit, but it's not the most elegant solution.
Trying to write an applet to do this, once I find out how to properly
code an applet.

The thing is working now!
I stopped using the use iTunes checkbox and just directed the SB to
my music files...bingo!
I will need to import the album art, but what I have there is showing
up. The art has to be imbedded into the music file as you guys said.

Most of internet radio seems to be MP3 File Format. That can't be good
right? It doesn't seem to matter what kbps that they stream at if the
File Format is MP3 and is compressed as hell.
Does anyone know of any good Jazz Stations in the country that stream a
lossless program?

But it's still MP3, which means it's lossy! -- I have listened to it,

Awhile back I had the same issue, could not connect SBS pc to
mysqueezebox.com. I added an entry to the host file and the problem
disappeared.
