Hi,
I'm using TinySB and I've been annoyed by the fact that it does not
keep time properly, or even some time does not have the time at all :

Keeping a network device on time has been solved eons ago by the NTP
protocol. For some reasons, the
The key point is that the connected drive, if not powered externally,
must not draw more than 500 mA (or 2.5 W) when running (case included).

Many USB bus powered drives _do_ work with the Touch. Note that they're
all 2.5" drives or smaller. Many people have had good luck with the
Toshiba Canvio external drives. If the hard drive is powered, or if you
run it from a powered USB hub, then just about any drive should work.

I already added an Wifi access point directly next to the Touch just for
testing, and then no rebuffering occurs.
But that

Bearing in mind that I'm in the UK (so some drives might not be
available over here) does anyone have any recommendations for a USB
drive? I'm looking at the Samsung S2 1TB, but being aware from other
posts that the Touch is a bit "touchy" would there be any particular
problems with this?

Beyond the basic USB maintenance & setup listed above there is little
one can do to force the Touch to use a USB device it j
Hi all,
I'm a happy owner of a Touch (and a Boom) since they came out and I have
never in the past had any of the rebuffering issues people are
reporting here from time to time, never!
Since a recent upgrade of the Touch firmware (not sure which revision
though, I'm now at 7.5.4-r9408, running 7.
