Hi I have just bought the touch after 3 years with the SB3, but I have had nothing but problems... I use a USB HDD, and I have different problems with accessing it. My problem now is this. After numerous deleting af rescanning of the HDD I still cannot access it trough the music file/music

Since you had a SB3, that also means you were using a computer running the Squeezeboxserver program. Why don't you use the Touch with the external computer? It is no secret that using the Touch's built-in tiny-SBS program with an external USB drive is wildly problematic. Logitech hasn't

Why make it so super complicated with switches, routers, cables, etc.?? I have a single wifi router - this handles 2 internet radios, a sbs server, a wifi printer, two wifi streaming set-top boxes, two laptops, a Touch, and occasionally an android tablet. No cables, reserved ip adresses via

You are making it more complicated than it actually is by requesting a step-by-step tutorial! Obtain a wifi router from your ISP. This should come with a self-installation disk. The first installation will require an ethernet cable connection between the router and your PC - the internet
