[SlimDevices: Touch] Limit SBT stream to 48kHz?

2014-06-14 Thread GregBed
Is there a way to make LMS think that the limit of the Touch is 48kHz? I am passing the digital signal to my BK Reference 31 which, contrary to the manual, seems to only play 48k files (manual says it will do 96/24 D/A conversion and is capable of processing 96/24 digital source material). I

I unchecked some plugins on the Touch. Specifically the ones that were for different models (Digital Inputs, Line In, Line Out, Slim Tris), the UPnP/DLNA Media Interface, and the iTunes integration. The display on the BK now identifies the files as 96kHz, but still no sound. Taking a cue from

Thanks Stratmangler and Mnyb. I ended up resetting the Squeezebox Touch (by accident, truth be told). When it came back up it would play flacs I had ripped from CD (16 bit, 44.1kHz) and some 24 bit, 48kHz flacs from archive.org. But it won't play any of the 24 bit, 96kHz from HD Tracks and

[SlimDevices: Touch] SBT digital out to BK Reference 31

I am trying to set up a BK Reference 31 that I just bought. When I plug in the coax digital out, the Ref 31 doesn't see any digital signal. I tested the input with a DVD player and it recognized the digital signal from a CD played in the DVD player. The Ref 31 is only going to read a PCM file.
