Not at the moment as far as I can tell although it does fix the bass
dropout in the Radio.
Consider getting yourself a DAC32 which has some of us quite exited at
the moment. I have a feeling it will be better sounding than a Touch and
only costs £65/E65. Details in third party software part of

To get the latest community f/w you need to go into

up to 24 hours for the f/w to appear and you will need to reboot the
Touch when it will offer to install the latest. Latest f/w is

Yes it is exactly that - how did you know? Was this your SBT?
Should I attempt to upgrade this software further?

Hi - as per my question further up - is there a software package that
can further improve the SBT as a transport via it's coax (not USB)
connection?

I agree, I waited a long time for the release and finally received an

I am still enjoying the SBT into my AN 0.1x DAC - I'm just wondering
though - can any software updates improve the sound quality of the SBT
as a transport even further?
I know you can get EDO for USB out - but I am just fine using coax.
I am using the SBT over Wi-Fi.

What's the fuzz about Chords DACs? Sometimes it sound they're the beat

Is Mojo yet another magic DAC in the 450 euro bracket?

I really think the Touch MCRU power supply needs a proper mains cable to
get the most out of it. I suggest the Audio Acoustics WOW Power Cord
(0.83m length) which apparently changes everything, albeit at a cost of
£37,200. However there is a used 9 year old one on eBay for £19,990:

Well measurements or not - the linear power supply makes a very big
difference to the sound even when used as a pure transport. I tried the

OK this Touch is sounding exceptionally good with my current Metrum

attributed to the linear power supply that came with it.
The PSU is a MCRU two box design with the small regulator box nearer the
Touch. But the sound from
I've just bought a Squeezebox Touch - complete with high quality linear
PSU - and I'm happy to see that this forum is still going strong in
2021.
Has anyone returned to the SBT after owning a high-end streamer for
whatever reason?
