Hi all,
Got Spotify Premium up and running on my Touch but it stops for a few
seconds roughly every 20 seconds during playback. I'm guessing that my
wireless signal can't keep up.
Am I guessing right or could there be another issue?
If I am right then it's no hassle for me to use an ethernet (C

What is the WiFi signal strength on Touch?
You could also temporarily try Touch closer to your WiFi router to see
if that helps, just for diagnosis. Spotify type streaming is very low

The touch is showing 100% signal strength - I suspect the issue could be
my broadband speed as we're about 9 miles from the exchange. I
downloaded a 24/96 res album from Linn records and only achieved 140

Tried ethernet connection. Tried dropping Spotify streaming rate to
160kbps. No difference.
Did broadband speed test and returned download speed of just over
1mbps.
Downloaded Triode plug-in after reading some other forum posts - all
working 100% now.
Thanks and all the best,
Paul

Maybe I interpreted the results incorrectly - but we are a long way from
the exchange and the maximum we're told we can receive is currently 2.25
mbps. There is a planned upgrade, though. Hallelujah for that!
