A workaround suggested by a CUPS developer is to issue the command:
lpadmin -p PRINTER -o print-color-mode-default=color
Is this a permanent workaround or shall I have to issue that command each time
printing needed ?
( the latter is not practicable in my context - many users, many
machines… )

whatever the size of gdebi's window, the box height where dependencies

I just have had that bug, with volume up and down keys no longer working
after changing some shortcuts through "system parameters → keyboard →
shortcuts tab"
Solved by :
gsettings reset org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.media-keys volume-down
gsettings reset org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.medi
On a fresh Lubuntu 14.04 install'

The workaround does not work for me :
Problem stays, even if calendar service is disabled.
By my side this problem has appeared since I have enabled the "double
check process" on Google account - where a code is sent by sms to mobile
phone to validate connection. Does it make sense ?
