Hello,
We are migrating to Trac from Serena TeamTrack. We are just beginning
to use Subversion and I am configuring our Trac environment now. I
have two questions that were not completely answered from a search of
the archives or Trac documentation.
(1) We would like to begin our Trac tickets

Manu, thanks for the advice, a bit of a newbie with web admin, so if
you wouldn't mind a bit more help.

Is there any way to have one Project using two databases?
Or
Having each project with its database and somehow refer to tickets on

Thanks Christian and Manu. That helped! I was able to execute the
trac-admin script and generate the help information. Now I'm ready to
do some damage...uh, on a test environment first. :-)

I have the following problem:
I have setup multiple trac projects using mod_python.
Authentication works fine for the first project I setup but does not
work for the second.
See traceback at the end.
I configured the projects in the same way, only the paths and the

I upgraded to the 0.10-stable branch. Now I get this error when

If you think this really should work and you can reproduce it, you
should consider reporting this problem to the Trac team.

Hi everyone,
I'm having trouble getting newly created projects to use the a global

Referencing http://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/TracIni, I checked my

/usr/share/trac did not contain a config folder, so I c
Can Trac display a legend of what the colors mean? On

what are the Pink, Yellow, Blue records? Every field that I look at
seems to have crossover in the values between the colors.
How can this be turned on, and in what version did it become available,

Very strange. I had restarted my webserver (lighttpd) numerous times.
I ran TOP and found a python process owned by the "www". Restarting
the webserver did not kill the python process. Finally I killed it
manually and restarted the process. Now Trac runs and shows Trac 0.10

Hi,
if you happen to run your home page on trac (like me), then you'd
probably like the Google Sitemap plugin for trac. You're welcome to
check it out.

Are there any developers monitoring this list? What I think we have
here is an upgrade process on FreeBSD that is broken. I would think
that would catch somebody's attention. Secondly, I would like to fix
this without completely uninstalling and reinstalling the software. Is
this possible?

Yes it does: trac-admin is just a front end to the actual script
(which is located in trac/scripts/ but is not intended to be called
directly)
