I joined this site years before I bought a system that's freedom friendly. Even then, It's not complete yet, I'm still trying to find money to complete it. When I joined, I was mildly interested about a 100% libre system. You know kinda like those people that make videos about Windows 98

Do you know what NVIDIA GPU your system has? If so it might be possible to give a pointer on what kernel might be needed, or if it's a very recent one then even new nouveau kernel modules may not support it well.

Sorry, but I can't joine the trisquel community. I tried installing trisquel on my computer, but I got a screen resolution of 600x something. I tried every way to get rid of VESA and replace it with the open version of nvidia driver nou (something), but without success. I also tried to
