I've just completed a clean install of T3 8.7.9 along with the Bootstrap
Extension 9.1.0. All looks good and the system is running correctly. However,
when I check the Install Tool under the options 'Check TCA Migrations', I get 2
advisory messages:

by the web server user (e.g. www-data) as well as typo3conf directory

I am using pbsurvey (Questionaire) to create a multi-page quiz.
I have a multiple radio button setup, one multiple choice question per page.
The questions that are answered are saved and can displayed when users go back per page. However, when going forward afterwards, the answers are cleared.

my changes to it, and then release it under a new name - if the design
