Hi, Unless I missed it, that job description only mentioned Ellucian Banner, not Colleague.  Banner is the ex-Sungard product, while Colleague is the ex-Datatel product that uses UniData.  Banner would not require any Pick experience, as far as I know. Cheers, Jim Stoner
