I don't see how anyone is tricked, it is fairly clear, its 'maintained'
in essentially in the same manner as a non-LTS release for an extra 18
months, which is primarily for security fixes, there are more SRUs for a
LTS but not new versions of anything in either, except in extreme cases.

Thank you for your effort. However, we upload Debian source packages in
Ubuntu, and not the final installable Debian package as you have
attached to the bug report (which isn't even compiled and linked against
Ubuntu libraries).
