There's no way to stop GTK from changing the selection in the keyboard
layout and variant views during keyboard navigation. Currently the
keyboard layout is changed when the 'changed' signal is emitted on the
tree selection. I think the best approach would be to change the
keyboard layout when
Hardy Heron Alpha5 was recently released. It contains an updated version

Thanks _oOMOo_ - I had noticed that with the various updates to Hardy,
the disk device was swapping between sda hda, and for that reason
added stanzas for both disk in /etc/hdparm.conf.
Strangely, I'm unable to reproduce this fault right now but will update
the ticket if/when I see the problem

read /etc/*._release (bit more than that, but doesn't really matter) and finds

In network-admin (System-Administration-Network) there are some
untranslated strings, that must be shown in Spanish but they shown in
English.
Moreover, these strings are translated in the Launchpad template. Say,

Also experiencing a similar problem. I'm on an MBP purchased in
December '06 with at ATI x1600 card on it. Xorg doesn't work at all
(safe graphics mode fails as well). Xorg claims the vesa driver
couldn't find any usable modes (I believe Feisty had this problem). To
