I'm marking this as fix released, because nautilus-share now prompts the
user to install samba, and the latest samba package creates the required
folder.

nautilus-share extension sent failure message on initializing

with the Shared Folders administration tool. For this to work, the
shares-admin tool will have to be patched to show all usershares.

It looks like you're using Compiz. I should think that your Compiz
configuration is off (it adds window borders to gksudo dialogs. Either
way, this bug does not belong to nautilus-share. Marking as invalid.
