linux-headers-3.5.0-28-generic which tried to compile the fglrx .
I had no such a problem with linux-image-generic-lts-quantal and kernel 3.5
headers are installed and everything was compiled ok. (and I'm using it now) I

menu if you open Hamster and type the first letter(s) of it but it

Unable to open Open office spreadsheet when a new document is created by
right clicking in Ubuntu and changing the extension to .xls or .xls in
Desktop.
Steps to reproduce this:
1. Right click in Ubuntu Desktop and Select 'create new
or just play around with awn ;)

i am using ubuntu 9.10 karmic kola.in my screen display the bottom of
screen is blurred,when i did systesting in color test i notice one color
box was completely blurred.due to this i was unable to view the tabs
that were kept down when browsing.the linux ver is 2.6.31-14

- The cause of the issue is not X anymore
- The issue has been fixed in the latest nvidia beta driver, see

Status:
In karmic it should be no problem:
- Uninstall any nvidia packages installed from the ubuntu repos
- Download the beta driver and make it executable (chmod +x
/path/to/NVIDIA-Linux-(x86|x86_64)-256.25.run)
- Switch to a virtual terminal (i.e. ctrl+alt+f2), login
- Stop X: sudo service gdm
Actually since the issue has been reported to the nvidia devs only about
a month ago I'd say they have been really quick. Anyhow, for lucid users
which don't want to fiddle around too much it may be more convenient to
look if the updated driver appears in the proprietary-video-improvements
