If i remember correctly, all keyboard inputs are spurious/delayed and
they problem disappears only after reboot or after unloading and
reloading the usb kerenel module.

...and now a whole bunch of failures in a row, failing differently.
I'm only now running after trying 2.6.20-6-generic without the serial
console. 2nd time was the charm.
Now, 2.6.20-6-generic seems to boot reliably after not trying
2.6.20-8-generic anymore.
Hopefully there's some common thread

I think this happened with both 8.33.6 and 8.28.8. I can try downgrading
to an older driver, but I'm not sure how that downgrade is supposed to
work with the currently installed kernel. Or should I downgrade the

Just downloaded 0.9.1 and it ran fine on an Edgy machine using the
included run-gaphor.sh script. There was an error loading the one
diagram file I tried, but creating a new diagram seems to work fine.
That is more than Gaphor has been able to do in the last two Ubuntu
releases for me.

Here is what I could catch of the error. It scrolls off the screen a
little bit. I could not find any more info on the virtual consoles so I
am attaching a screen shot of what I have access to. Please let me know
if there is anything else I can try to gather more of the error in a
possibly more us

and desktop teams, and in Ubuntu's current development process would

Confirming this bug on a thinkpad x60 tablet/intel 945 chipset, I get
infinite respawn after resuming from suspend and the same error in my
