I'm using Listen to play my music. I have loaded a folder, and all
subfolders have been included into listen. Now, if I add a new folder
and I select in the menu "Refresh library" the new folder is not seen

I think the problem is that dhclient allows the $new_domain_name to be
set when it is not requested, so the bug is not with the script itself,
but the caller. (i.e. no, I think this is not yet fixed.)

As far as I can tell, this is solved. (Strange that the gtkmm2.4 task
stuck around... I would have expected it to vanish when I originally
changed the Package to "glib2.0" where the actual problem was. Is this
a Malone bug?)

Confirming my previous report. After a clean install of Kubuntu Feisty
Fawn 7.04 and after instalation of libxine-extracodecs that allows
amarok to play mp3, konqueror audio preview doesnt work. I'm pretty
sure that the package libarts1-mpeglib _needs_ to be installed to have
this feature working
This is not something we'd be willing to carry a package delta on
indefinitely. As such, it's a job for upstream. Please monitor the
upstream bug for progress. Thanks for filing.

I did a clean install too and the problem is still present! Jesus know
how i really hate this problem. Since i'm used to my touchpad it is
essential for me.

Open Office has started to make warning beeps. For example, in Calc if I paste
into a cell which already has data in it, then I receive a visual warning,
which is ok, and a loud beep from the machine.

Are you filing this against yelp specifically? Or is it just that you
can't "change screen resolution"? What program are you using to change
your resolution? Please provide more details as to exactly what you are
doing, what the software does, and what you expect it to do.

So
I've been having this problem since edgy, and still see it after
upgrading to feisty (with a flash 7 plug-in that works in other OSes).
Either the XLIB_SKIP_ARGB_VISUALS=1 or changing depth to 24 (which it
should have been anyway, no idea why edgy set to 16) seems to fix it.

I'm more and more inclined to believe that this is a charset selection
related with the availability of those charsets in the clients that are
there for Feisty (MacRoman, specifically), rather than a bug in the
programs themselves. Nothing so far seems to imply other possibilities.

This appears to be caused by a bad hard drive in your computer. There
is ongoing work to detect faulty drives and report their presence as an
error to the installer user.
Please replace the faulty drive and reopen this bug report or file a new
one, should the install continue to fail.

Could you please run the installer again from a Konsole window using the
--debug option (ubiquity --debug), and attach /var/log/syslog and
/var/log/installer/debug. If you are using an older version of Ubuntu,
attaching the files in /var/log/installer should suffice.
