I'm seeing nautilus take 50% of my CPU (100% of my 2nd core) as well,
although I'm not having any problems with anything not responding. It
does seem that programs are opening slower on Gutsy than they did on
Feisty though.

I see the same problem on a Radeon Xpress 200 with the latest Gutsy.
Various logs attached (sorry for the .tgz but there are about 10 log

nonsense.
The root problem is that /usr/share/initramfs-tools/hooks/cryptroot does
not know anything about UUIDs. It needs to be taught to recognize UUIDs
in fstab and crypttab and write a sane /conf/conf.d/cryptroot into the

I'm upgrading from version 7.04 to 7.10. In my desktop, everything's worked
fine. But in my notebook HP DV 6000 (6208nr) I cannot upgrade. It crashes in

I also renamed my ~/.gaim file to ~/.gaim~ to make sure that the
preferences weren't being read from there. The preferences seem to be
saved in ~./purple.

With libpam-gnome-keyring installed, I have to put my password in twice.
One dialogue is for libpam, the other is for gnome-keyring. This is
double the number of passwords I used to have to enter.
