You might try disabling tracker (indexing in preferences). The user
folders update is just a quick script that runs on startup that makes
sure you have the Documents/Music/etc. folders and that they're
appropriately translated to your language.

logcheck 1.2.63 has addressed this:

only be any of the tex reports. Can you please do
sudo tar /var/crash/te*.0.crash | gzip -9 > /tmp/reports.tar.gz
(i. e. create an archive of all tetex/texlive crash reports) and attach
/tmp/reports.tar.gz here?
