I'm seeing the same issue with nvidia and radeon chipsets.
Add new panel, setting the orientation to Left or Right, the size to 100
pixels, and selecting Expand.

I'm experiencing this issue on the following configurations: intel
chipset with compiz running gutsy; different intel chipset with metacity
under gutsy; radeon 9250 with metacity under gutsy, nvidia 73005GT with
compiz and metacity under gutsy and hardy.
Under feisty, the window list buttons
I can confirm this on a ibm z61t. Forward, Next, Play/Pause, Stop does
not work volume control does and numlock is not on. It should be noted
that I dist-upgraded from gutsy, however hotkey-setup and ubuntu-desktop
is in installed. I have tried with tpb but after rebooting it still did
not work.

A machine with AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4600+ ran
perfectly stable for months with 7.04. Repeated crashes occurred as
soon as the upgrade to 7.10 completed with no other system changes.

I finally find what is the problem. But before I say you, I found these

I have read that KDE4 uses less ram than KDE3, but it is not my case :-(

I have had similar experiences. I suspect the culprit is the nm-applet
and/or NetworkManager itself, which goes into a thread-lock.
I reported this so long ago, and yet nothing has been done about it. The
issue appears only when repeatedly falling of a wireless network and
reconnecting to it.
Version 1.00 of this package correctly associates with .torrents.

It seems to be related to the
Use the Scientific mode (View - Scientific ; Crtl+S)
Try to do any mod operation with a negative dividend and a positive divisor.
(The Mod button is just beside the Acc. button)
Ex: -20 Mod 9 yields -2 on gcalctool, while by definition it should be 7.
