I can confirm this, as well as the print key alone doesn't do anything
at all. Referring to the System Settings ALT+PRINT should take a
screenshot of the current window to the clipboard. Print-key alone
should run ksnapshot. This doesn't work too. Using Kubuntu 8.10 64bit.

On high load my nic (realtek 8169) cut the connection. I've add acpi=off
to the /boot/grub/menu.lst at the ende of the kernel line. After

Just would like to mention I was able to reproduce this bug in Hardy.
Here are the steps:
1. Install mtpfs from the official Hardy repositories
$ sudo apt-get install mtpfs
2. Create mount point
$ mkdir /home/jaakko/mtpfs
3. Plug in my player via USB cable (Zen 8GB)
4. Mount the player

In fact it was not a NM problem at all. NM applet did not appear since

I'm using kubuntu 8.10 with kde 4.1.3, but when I reported I was using
kubuntu 8.04 with kde 3.5. Same behavior in both. Might be a limitation
on eGroupware itself.

narrowed down was actually applied to the 2.6.27-rc1 kernel.
Unfortunately, you'll notice from the description you posted it's
merging in quite a few changes. You can view the specific patches by
doing 'git log -p 6

unless you manually forcefully removed it, you should have dbus
