When sending a message to someone who is offline (or has offline as status
while logged on) makes aMSN show a crash report. Choosing Ignore makes it
possible to continue to chat, but the offline message never gets away.

You could try purging amarok-kde4 and reinstalling. (sudo apt-get purge
amarok-kde4, then sudo apt-get install amarok-kde4)
It could be something like a bad configuration file or a corrupted svg cache.

Confirmed. That did it - almost.
The only input still missing is the file-upload field.
