This bug only started occuring to me in 9.10 (I don't remember whether
it was an upgrade or a fresh install), things were OK in 9.04. I also
have Compiz disabled. The bug is very annoying, especially when the
wrong window gets closed :-| I'm starting to teach myself to first click
on the title bar
Yes, as Alex says, you synchronize tomboy notes manually, by going to
Tools-Synchronize notes. That's the only way to sync them
