Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: eqonomize
When I try to launch Eqonomize!, it crashes after a second or so.
If I run it from a terminal I get this error:
$ eqonomize
Bus::open: Can not get ibus-daemon's address.
IBusInputContext::createInputContext: no connection to ibus-daemon
eqonomiz
I'd like to confirm what Entre said - it does not seem to be fixed as of
now (Feb 09, 2010) with brand new Karmic install and all updates
applied.

Occasional sound drops in Wine via PulseAudio

You received this bug notification because you are a member of
Chase, thanks for submitting the patch. It's a huge improvement. I do
see 3 issues outstanding, and am hoping to work through them in this
bug, or elsewhere. I would really appreciate your help.
(a) can you post the output of the following command?
$ lspci -v | grep -A7 Audio
00:08.0 Audio device
I had the same issue with Lucid in VirtualBox 3.1.4beta2. It only
started happening in the last week after I extensively edited xorg.conf
to try and get displaylink drivers working. I fixed it by removing
everything from xorg.conf except for:
Section "InputDevice"
Identifier "VBoxMouse"
On Lucid, xserver-xorg 1.7.3.902-1ubuntu12.1, the patch applies almost
cleanly - Hunk #2 needs an offset of 1 line.
I have uploaded the package to my PPA at https://launchpad.net/~oded-
geek/+archive/xorg-patches .
