do not generate apport reports for non-critical kernel messages

The gcc version with which your kernel was compiled depends on that of
the builder server that compiled the particular kernel. Not all of them
are up to date with the latest gcc version, but that shouldn't affect
your kernel or its performance.

I was thinking old GCC version can affect performance so I reported this as a
bug. So, should this affect performance of kernel?
Because I think updating GCC version that kernel was compiled with, should give

I am getting this problem. It started a couple of days ago for me.
Kakarots patch does not work for me. After applying kakarots patch I get
