Thanks for taking the time to prepare this update for the puppet
packaging.
Couple of comments:
1) By default the init script for the puppet agent does not start the
agent; this is set in /etc/default/puppet - the upstart configuration
needs to exhibit the same behaviour.
2) The

James, to call this a limitation is IMHO a major understatement. Since
all services, units, etc are removed after a destroy-environment, the
local environment is nothing more than for testing or demonstration
purposes. Of course, it states right in the page you

I came here from the other bug also relating to right-clicking (on Unity
to be precise in my case). I can also confirm that disabling the shift
switcher in ccsm fixed the problem for me. Right-click functionality

I've tested each option five times, as before. Results below:
reboot=k: hangs sometimes (1/5)
reboot=t: hangs sometimes (2/5)
reboot=l: works always (5/5)
reboot=h: hangs sometimes (1/5)
Given the rarity of hangs with other settings, I'll carry on testing
reboot=l in case I just got lucky.
