Im running kubuntu 12.10 and i see that muon continues asking for the
password even after i have set NOPASSWD in sudo at /etc/sudoers
I see that synaptic doesnt prompt for password anymore and i also see
that synaptic has a file to set polkit policy:

There is a patch for attiny1634 support in Ubuntu's avr-gcc, but
Ubuntu's avr-libc still does not have support for that device. It
doesn't seem like avr-gcc support is very useful without avr-libc
support. There is a patch available here:
