So as it stands, new 5.15.3 has no "CONFIG_UBSAN_TRAP" in config.
So for new kernels you can probably close this bug off as long as they

I am also having the exact same issue, though WiFI and Nvidia drivers
worked as expected for me (with a tiny hiccup due to some intel wifi
firmware blob being bad: iwlwifi-ty-a0-gf-a0.pnvm sha1sum:

I currently have a 'usable' 21.10 install that I upgraded
kskb: What Debian has done is 'patch' it to use the lua mod that is the
version *before* requiring Resty Core. However, Ubuntu is not Debian
and whether Debian uses Lua module or not still is not bearing on the
Server Team's decision to not include or ship the Lua module in future
releases of Ubu
Are you sure the AppArmor changes are definitely required? If so this
would to be done by adding these accesses to an appropriate interface
within snapd (via a code-change to snapd itself -
https://github.com/snapcore/snapd/) - and once that has been released,
making sure the snap author plugs this

I spend a bit more time bisecting the various core18 snaps to see at
what revision the failure started to become reproducible. Interestingly
I found that it started with r2208 AFAICT. It's all a bit annoying
because it's a race so I don't trust it 100% but the previous r2206 got
2 good runs in a ro

Bumped into this bug after upgrading to 21.10. Laptop with nVidia 2080,
DisplayPort to external screen.
Adding LIBGL_DRI3_DISABLE=true to /etc/environment fixed my issue.

There is a power problem with the way the things are when you need the
many directions from the memory checker that figurines the memory for
the standard to be used by all memory checkers!? Any questions? LOL!

I Ctrl-F'ed for "snap" with no result so I assume it has not been mentioned:
Running Ubuntu 21.04, I had Thunderbird with this bug. Removing it and
installing it with snap fixed the issue.

For anyone needing a fix for nonfunctional alt-tab switching, at least
for Ubuntu/Gnome you can remap in keyboard shortcuts to have the "direct
windows switching", which by default is alt-esc, to be instead alt-tab.
It is slightly different behavior -- more visual noise -- but fulfills
