never applied to 20.04 - sadly this seem to be the state of Ubuntu

I have been using GTX 1050ti and I didn't have issues with drivers etc.
Now, I bought RTX 4060ti 16gb and I have a lot of issues with that. In
settings -> about I see this llvmpipe (LLVM 15.0.7, 256 bits) instead of
my GPU.
Hardware:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600
GPU: RTX 4060ti 16gb
The patched gcc 14 build meanwhile completed.
Using it solved the zlib issue (LP#2075567), but unfortunately not the
s390-tools 2.34.0 issue.

I am able to reproduce the issue, and unfortunately there appears to be
nothing exciting about it, it is just an load induced intermittent
failure. Any apparent architecture specific nature is just random.

I verified in the build logs [1] that ipvsadm was NOT built with frame
pointers on ppc64el and s390x.
I also executed the test plan from the LP bug description with both
versions of ipvsadm (from release and from proposed) and verified that
they produce the same results.
