got a dialog box error saying couldn't upgrade, and a shell command to report a
bug.
This is an Ubuntu guest virtual machine running under virtual box on
Windows 11 host.
That's all I know.

14 years later...
It's P1005, P1006, P1007, P1008, P1009. The rendering resolution should
still be 1200×600, but the printing resolution reported to printer
should be set to 600×400.
What foo2xqx does currently is render in 600×600 and report 600×600. It
works for M1005, but not for P series.

I struggled with this under 24.10. Very lately there, and now on 25.04,
I have this odd problem with Firefox hanging my GNOME session.
As a part of a longer story I have tried running firefox from the
terminal with MOZ_ENABLE_WAYLAND set to 1 and I see this message:

historical concept, with little apparent difference in behavior today.
When running an upgrade in e.g. a LXD container, one normally sees in
the logs:

I can confirm, the same symptoms with the same zsys version. Initially,
upgrade from 24.04 to 25.04 failed due to inability of grub to process
zfs snapshots. Later, I tracked the failure down to zsys, which couldn't
start. My system is so far recovered, but zsys is failing exactly as it
does in Op'

Rclone container fails to mount a FUSE filesystem inside Docker on
Ubuntu 25.04 with a "fusermount3: mount failed: Permission denied"
error, even when the container is run in privileged mode. Disabling
AppArmor on the host resolves the issue.
After upgrading Ubuntu to 25.04,
Fix verified for noble-gkeop 6.8.0-1012 via the reproducer.

After upgrading to Ubuntu 25.04, MySQL has stopped working in PHP pages
on Apache2.
I edited php.ini to explicitly load mysqli, mysqlnd and pdo_mysql
extensions. Only mysqlnd was loaded.
In the apache2/error.log I got:
