I don't think so this can be a reason. In my case i was working with 3-4
normal application and it get auto logged off just after login.
Requesting to developers to check this issue, as this getting irritated
day by day. Also there is issue of hang while leaving system idle for
20-30 min.

Hi,
The program didn't crash for me, instead it has a problem with how it
handles sound. When I try to record something in Audacity, I get high
pitched ringing sound in output. I tried to change its Audio input handling
to ALSA, and now it doesn't reproduce any sound.

It didn't make any difference. The first time Amarok crashed, and
after I restarted it, it didn't produce any sound with those file. I
haven't had chance to try the Xine fix yet.

The real audio 8 and G2 Sample clips with only voice data worked, but
not the clips with background sound. Terminal had a command saying
"Necessary Extra data missing"
