This is occurring with the Ubuntu jammy Desktop (canary) ISO too
It can result in multiple firefox entries appearing on the dock (one for
snap & one for firefox) which makes finding where your window/tab is
more difficult, and there is no way to differentiate which is which in

[Impact]
In an OpenStack Kolla deployment, the OVN controller container gets
restarted when this bug is hit, and it can impact all compute nodes.
The patches linked are already backported and present in the v21 ovn

20.04 version for the Dell XPS 13 laptop.
I find about 30% cpu useage for gnome-shell when multiload-indicator is

However,
If you read the Lubuntu release notes
(https://lubuntu.me/focal-2-released/) you'll have discovered
"Note, due to the extensive changes required for the shift in desktop
environments, the Lubuntu team does not support upgrading from 18.04 or
below to any greater release. Doing so will result in a
Ok. This would appear to be a ld bug. In a partially built tree, I get:

Going from focal distro to uca-wallaby does not require a dist-upgrade
