Recently behaviour in 11.04 has changed for me. Speakers no longer work.
When using headphones, there is a constant hiss through the headphones.
Reported Bug #779650 about this. Can anyone confirm this?

On quick systems you will not see an issue with this. On slow systems a
policykit auth window may show up after having clicked something else.
The face that the dialog does not take focus and block input into other
windows is still an issue. This is better explained in Bug #651734:

not able to reproduce the issue. I do not have a library of pictures, I
was opening a single 4000x3000px @72dpi JPEG from an SD Card, cropping
and saving it directly pressing ctrl-s. At this point I'm just looking
