I didn't rebuild or anything, but it looks like that diff will just make 'span'
work exactly like 'zoom.'

Dual Monitor
Sorry for not responding but I didn't want to insult anyone's
intelligence. If fixed I would have reported. Just upgraded to 10.04 LTS
version and slide show.pps now works. No hang up and black screen.
Although it works, still unable to just open slide show and examine or
edit slides. Note that
version 1.2 of trml2pdf has this fixed and can be downloaded here:

I guess its already part of the latest ubuntu distros, so this bug is
not longer valid.

Thanks for replaying. Just wondering if there is a fix for this problem.
Annoying thing is that you can't open slide show and examine slides or
edit. Like I mentioned before that was okay with old 9.04 version. When
you click on slide icon it will open editing screen, now with new 9.10
version it

activate banshee if it is not already running.

I ran in to this problem this morning. Asterisk wouldn't start at boot
time. I tracked the problem down to the creation of the pidfile. I
noticed a typo in the init script. The chown that changes the ownership
of the pid directory (/var/run/asterisk) was setting the user to be
'askterisk' --
