Yep - it seems that trying to get the upstream bzr branch in sync with
the archive, we accidentally dropped the *.png logo files from the
upload. So I am giving up on the bzr branch, and adding the files back
in a debdiff which will be uploaded here soon (just building at eh
moment).

wondering what to do. Without appmenu-qt5, the menu works from the
systray, but the icon is not animated. It just shows a red cross all the
time, which is misleading for the user.
So I guess we could just recommend it, and then it

QT4, instead cherry-picks some upstream commits to get the systray menu
working, and depend upon appmenu-qt5 to get the systray icon showing.

I can confirm that we have been testing with up-to-date Xenial boxes
with the latest QT5.
I just installed appmenu-QT5 and it makes things slightly better in that
the icon in the tray is dynamic, but the menu that drops down from it is
empty.

start minimised on the systray, they will be stuck without Qjackctl.
It looks like reverting this commit (from Debian) should put us back to QT4 for

Please note, I just changed the title. I realised after I switched my
computer off for the day, that there is still one Ubuntu change that
prevents the sync, and that is the epoch in the version number.
But surely it is easier to pull the

updating the 'default' in /boot/grub/menu.lst accordingly.

Thanks for reporting this, and sorry it took so long to respond.
I vaguely remember seeing this just before the Wily 15.10 Release, but
then it went away before I had time to investigate.
$ LANG=en_NZ gramps works fine for me in Wily and in Xenial. It is
