The bios time is being set to UT or GMT.
The system time on bootup is being set to IST.

2) Add cups from repositery and make sure cups service is running.
3) Now run the installer in automatic mode and follow on screen instructions.

PLease install latest HPLIP release (HPLIP 3.11.10) and use hpcups ppd.
