I just tested this last night. Seems that Empathy now changes New
account name account to your screen name/login id/etc. upon account
setup completion. During the MySpace account setup, it did say New
myspace account. Looks like the bug is fixed.

After closing and re-opening Empathy, it is no longer there. When
screwing around to try to reproduce it, it displayed shortly and then
disappeared again. Not sure if I can reproduce it.
