In order to have filed this bug you must have had a Launchpad account,
and you still do, so I assume the process was not too onerous. It is a
long time since I registered an account in Launchpad, but I assume it
is almost transparent these days if you already have an Ubuntu SSO
(Single Sign-On)

With reference to /usr/share/ibus-table/engine/table.py. iBus use LANG
env to determine the chinese mode.
For my personal opinion, I think the chinese mode of ibus-cangjie should
be Traditional because cangjie is Traditional Chinese Input Method.

I've tested the latest upstream kernel 2.6.36-999. With that kernel, the
computer won't even hibernate, when I ask it to do that, it just locks
the screen. Should I run ubuntu-bug for that kernel? But how do I attach
the report to this bug? ubuntnu-bug seems to always open a new bug.

HP LaserJet 3030 would not print. This problem affected all three
computers after upgrading to Ubuntu 10.04. Status message: Printer
'hp-LaserJet-3030' may not be connected I downloaded the package
libusb-0.1-4 from lucid-proposed and the problem was solved. I am
delighted to have this fixed.

Correction: This is NOT an issue in Ubuntu 10.04. Hovering over the X
it says close note. That is what it should say to be consistent with

Jamie, the reason I suspected apparmor was twofold. First I grepped
for dev/shm in /etc, found some likely looking files in
/etc/apparmor.d and then set about purging apparmor to see if it was
the problem.
The results I saw (from fgrep dev/shm -r .) contained:
/var/log/apt/history.log shows that I removed libvirt0 (0.7.5-5ubuntu21)
at around the same time as apparmor, so it looks like that's not the
culprit. (Thanks for the explanation btw.)

I'm getting this error too (bluetooth-applet crashing when I disable the
BT adapter) on my Toshiba Portege A600. It brings up a window explaining
that apport can't collect data about assertion crashes, but if someone
explains the steps to get some useful information I will do so as it's

However, this time, bluetooth-applet started OK, and I was able to turn

I added i915.powersave=0 and found the laptop began crashing a lot
more frequently -- generally in a way that ctrlaltsysrq keys were
unresponsive.
I've disabled this setting since as crashes were becoming pretty
frequent.

I can confirm that the patch works in some/maybe most instances, however
my setup requires a slight alteration to the sed line for the PVS part.
