I'm experiencing this bug on a fresh install of Ubuntu Gnome 14.04 x64
on every startup (looks like it already occurs when lightdm is running
or early in Gnome Shell startup as window decorations are missing at
first). I have docker.io installed (which uses lxc and cgroups if I'm
correct). Addition
/md1 was mounted as /B,
the 14.04 entry was not added. This behaviour is different from what I've
seen on other machines using physical partitions rather than md devices.
Is this expected? How can I fix this? Should I submit a dedicated bug

(chmod g+s). Anyway, setting bit is not required to reproduce the bug.

It seems the best workarounds so far is either:
a) Reverted to an older compiz as described in #116 (disables Unity).
b) Use the command >> killall -9 "notification-area-applet" << and reload the
applet when prompted. Do it a couple of times and hopefully the icon will
appear.

I can certainly reproduce the graphical glitches in a standard Ubuntu session
with Unity, but swithing to Ubuntu Classic there seems to be no problems when
minimizing windows.
I have checked to make sure that I am running compiz, albeit with the old
gnome-panels instead of Unity.

It seems that [b]every time[/b] I minimize a window, it leads to severe
graphical corruption and very strange behaviour in Unity.
A minimized window refuses to reappear when I press the launcher shortcut

Besides that, going into standby mode or even blanking the monitor sometimes
freezes the desktop completely.
