This also impacts hexchat. Before, it would only dissapear from the task
list if I tried to close it and then changed my mind, now it's even
doing it simply when I minimize!

The bug currently says this only affects me, but I don't see how that
could be possible. This has been an issue for me in 12.04, 12.10, and
13.04, across fresh installs, with both xchat and hexchat.

12.04, and I'm using Unity and whatever greeter came with the default

When I run rdesktop with just the IP of my windows VM, I am able to see
the desktop no problem. However, when I try to use seamless rdp, I get
errors.
I'm using the following command:
vad...@ubu1004:~$ rdesktop -A -s
It truely saddens me to see how far downhill ubuntu quality control
has gone. this was a huge known issue during alpha testing and it
STILL hasn't been fixed? Between this and the recently broken
atitvout I might need to do some distro shuffling :(
